I'm a collegiate baseball player who built Diamond & Iron because I got tired of seeing mechanics and strength training treated like two separate worlds. Everything here is what I wanted for myself and couldn't find in one place.
I've spent three years and counting playing college baseball, and I'm still in it. That means I'm not coaching from a memory of how things used to be. I'm on the mound and in the weight room right now, dealing with the same things you are: a long season, sore arms, and limited time to get better.
What stood out most was how disconnected everything was. One person fixed your swing or your delivery, someone else wrote your lifting program, and nobody checked whether the two plans worked against each other. Heavy leg days landed right before bullpens. Drills ignored how strong or tired you actually were. Athletes were working hard, but not always in the same direction.
So I built Diamond & Iron: one plan that connects what happens on the field to what happens in the weight room, reviewed by someone who is playing the game too. My goal for every athlete who joins is simple. Get better in a way you can feel, stay healthy enough to keep playing, and always know exactly what to work on next.
Your swing or delivery and your time in the weight room are planned as one program, not by two coaches who never talk.
You send video, and the review is specific to your body and what we fixed last week — not generic tips.
Velocity and power matter, but so does staying healthy for the long run. Load is adjusted around your season.
Upload your latest swing or bullpen.
Working weights update automatically.
Drills and lifting arrive together, timed to your week.
Next week shifts based on your progress.
Pick your disciplines, or take the two-minute quiz and I'll point you to the right plan.
