Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Diamond & Iron's coaching subscription, including our website, video review process, training programs, and athlete dashboard (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Diamond & Iron provides subscription-based coaching for baseball hitting and pitching mechanics, and baseball-specific strength and conditioning programming. Coaching is delivered through video review, written or recorded feedback, and programmed training plans. We do not guarantee specific athletic outcomes.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are coaching a minor athlete, the account must be created and controlled by the minor's parent or legal guardian.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions bill monthly and renew automatically until canceled.
• You can cancel anytime through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Adding or removing a discipline moves your plan to the corresponding flat-rate tier, prorated for the remainder of the current cycle.

4. Video Submissions

• You retain ownership of any video you submit for coaching review.
• By submitting video, you grant Diamond & Iron a license to store, view, and annotate it solely for the purpose of providing coaching feedback to you.
• We do not use athlete video for marketing, public posting, or any purpose beyond coaching without separate, explicit written consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload content you don't have the right to share, to harass coaches or other athletes, or to attempt to access another athlete's account or data.

6. Injuries & Assumption of Risk

Baseball, strength training, and conditioning activities carry inherent risk of injury. Diamond & Iron's coaching is delivered remotely through video review — coaches do not physically supervise training sessions in person. By using the Service, you (or, if the athlete is a minor, their parent or legal guardian) acknowledge this risk and agree that Diamond & Iron, its coaches, and staff are not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in coached training. You should consult a physician before beginning any new training program. Diamond & Iron is not a medical provider, and coaching feedback does not substitute for medical advice.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

A note on minors

Youth baseball coaching almost always involves athletes under 18. That means, depending on their age and your state, the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and various state laws may apply, requiring verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information — including video — from children. Get a lawyer familiar with COPPA and youth sports to review your signup flow specifically before handling video of minors at scale.
